NGX implemented a 3CX-based Contact Center solution for Yomp! one of Arca Continental's subsidiaries, achieving integration with Salesforce and increasing the productivity of its operations. Likewise, SIP Trunks service was provided for two of its subsidiaries in Peru.

American Blinds is a proudly Mexican brand that was born with the objective of incorporating high quality blinds into the local market.

NGX implemented a Contact Center solution based on 3CX + SIP Trunks in the cloud for American Blinds, achieving an increase in productivity and better control of Call Center agents. Their previous solution did not have visibility or reporting to be able to effectively measure the operation of the Contact Center. With 3CX we are able to give you control and visibility.
